Products and product prices

Product prices are given in connection with product demonstrations. Our products include VAT. The tax item is shown in the shopping cart and the order confirmation. During the product demonstration you will also see the quantity of the product in stock.

Payment options

Private customers can pay for their orders using the payment methods available after the Shopping Cart.

Business customers may also request billing rights.

Service charge

Our packaging and shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose and will be automatically added to your order total.

The shipping cost is determined by the shipping shipping method. 

If the value of your order exceeds 100 €, we will not charge for shipping.

 

 Pick up from our store is always free.

Deliveries

We will ship your ordered items as soon as possible, often within 24 hours of receiving your order. If any of the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you.

We also ship to a few European countries.

Deliveries of orders over € 150 are free of charge.

Choose Posti International- Priority as the delivery method if you want to order to the following countries Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden and Denmark.

Choose Posti - Postal package Baltics as the delivery method if you want an order to the following countries Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

Returns for orders sent outside Finland are subject to a fee, returning € 18.

We will charge the amount when we process the refund.

 

Product Return Right

The products have a full 14 day return policy.  Returns are free of charge only in Finland.

 

According to Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of return does not apply to customized products, such as custom-made curtains.

The rest of the product can be returned  as a customer return. The product to be returned must be completely unused and unchanged.

Fixing a product defect

If the delivered product is defective, you can report the product as an error and return the defective product to a so-called. 

Customer return. 

At the same time, please advise whether you are returning the product and whether you would like your money refunded or whether you would like us to send a replacement product for replacement.
